  • Geographic restrictions:
    Property must be within Minot city limits, outside the 100-year floodplain, and within a designated NDHFA Resilient Neighborhood. Buyer must be a Minot resident whose home was damaged by the 2011 Souris River Flood OR is being bought out for flood protection.

How to Apply for Minot Resilient Homebuyer Program

Step 1: Contact the Minot Disaster Recovery Office at 701-837-5813 or email SmallT@cdmsmith.com between 9 AM and 4 PM Monday-Friday. Applicants must complete an NDHFA-approved homebuyer education course and meet program income/purchase price limits.
