How to Apply for Moline CDBG Down Payment and Closing Cost Assistance Program
Step 1: Contact KJ Whitley, Community Development Manager, at 309-524-2044 or kwhitley@moline.il.us. Funding is first-come, first-served until all program funds are used. Applicant must contribute at least $1,500 of their own funds, obtain FHA, VA, or conventional fixed-rate financing, and meet debt-to-income limits (housing <31%, total debt <43%).
