Step 2: Complete required homebuyer counseling through MVCAP.

Step 3: Verify your household income is at or below 65% of the Area Median Income.

Step 4: Submit your application with required documentation.

Notes

MVCAP serves Greene, Montgomery, Darke, and Preble counties. Income limit of 65% AMI is stricter than most programs. Also provides homebuyer counseling services.
