Eligibility

  • Income limits: Must demonstrate low to moderate income and need for adequate housing.
  • First-time buyer required: No
  • Geographic restrictions: Must live in one of the following municipalities: Bow, Boscawen, Chichester, Concord, Canterbury, Epsom, Henniker, Hopkinton, Loudon, Pembroke, Pittsfield, Salisbury, Warner, or Webster.
  • Homebuyer education required: No

Step 1: Apply through NH Capital Region Habitat for Humanity at 603-228-3001. Families must demonstrate need for housing, willingness to partner with Habitat and provide sweat equity hours, and ability to repay an affordable mortgage.
