Step 1: Program is currently not available as of April 2026. When funding is restored, contact NIACOG at (641) 423-0491 or visit the NIACOG Housing Trust Fund office to inquire about eligibility and application windows.

Historically offered up to 25% down payment assistance on newly constructed homes via a 5-year forgivable loan funded by the North Iowa Regional Housing Trust Fund.
