How to Apply for Northwest Dayton Pathway to Homeownership Program

Step 1: Contact County Corp at scfhome@wpcu.coop or (937) 782-5747. Program includes one-on-one mortgage-readiness coaching, an eight-hour homebuyer education course, 1-2 hours of individualized counseling, and a post-purchase home maintenance workshop.

Notes

Partnership between County Corp, Wright-Patt Credit Union, and community foundations. Builds new homes in Northwest Dayton in phases of approximately 30 homes. Currently in Phase III.
