How to Apply for NeighborWorks Lincoln Homeownership Program

Step 1: Contact NeighborWorks Lincoln at 402-477-7181. Applicants must have at least $1,000 of their own money (must be buyer's funds, not a gift) and continuous job history for the past 2 years. Must complete the four-class HUD-approved homebuyer education series before approval. Must occupy the property as primary residence.

Notes

Funded by City of Lincoln Urban Development Department CDBG and HOME funds. Program also includes optional rehabilitation assistance for structural repairs in the first 3 years of ownership.
