How much assistance

Up to $20,000 or 5% of the loan amount, plus optional 1% industry grant for select occupations
0% interest fully forgivable second mortgage. Half of the loan is forgiven monthly over the first five years, and the remaining half is forgiven when the first mortgage reaches its 30-year term. The 1% industry grant is a non-repayable grant.
