How to Apply for Restore SGF Down Payment Assistance
- Confirm your target home is located in one of the five eligible Restore SGF neighborhoods (Doling Park East, Fassnight, Grant Beach, Meador Park East, Woodland Heights).
- Verify the sales price is at or below $250,000.
- Complete a first-time homebuyer class and obtain your certificate.
- Submit your Restore SGF DPA application.
- Close on your home and plan to own for at least 5 years to avoid triggering the deed-restriction repayment.
