How to Apply for Restore SGF Down Payment Assistance
Step 1: 1. Confirm your target home is located in one of the five eligible Restore SGF neighborhoods (Doling Park East, Fassnight, Grant Beach, Meador Park East, Woodland Heights). 2. Verify the sales price is at or below $250,000. 3. Complete a first-time homebuyer class and obtain your certificate. 4. Submit your Restore SGF DPA application. 5. Close on your home and plan to own for at least 5 years to avoid triggering the deed-restriction repayment.
