- Geographic restrictions: Available to direct descendants (grandchild or great-grandchild) of a property owner whose property was acquired by MnDOT for the I-94 highway project through Rondo. Property purchased must be within Saint Paul city limits.

Apply directly through the City of Saint Paul Inheritance Fund. Descendancy verification, HUD-approved homebuyer education, and a lender preapproval are required prior to closing.
