How to Apply for Sensible Shelter Inc. GMHA Homeownership Program

Step 1: Contact Greene Metropolitan Housing Authority at 937-376-2908 or 937-429-7736.

Step 2: Complete required homebuyer education through Ohio State University Extension or Greene County Career Center.

Step 3: Enter into a land contract for an eligible property.

Step 4: Work toward transitioning to a traditional mortgage within 5 years.
