How to Apply for South Suburban Housing Center Homebuyer Counseling
Step 1: Contact South Suburban Housing Center at 708-957-4674 or visit their office at 18220 Harwood Avenue, Suite 1, Homewood, IL 60430 to register for a homebuyer education class or schedule one-on-one pre-purchase counseling. SSHC can also connect eligible buyers to down payment assistance, including the Inclusive Communities Fund (ICF) for participating south-suburban communities.
