How to Apply for Two Rivers Community Land Trust Homeownership
Visit tworiversclt.org to view available CLT homes and start the buyer interest process. Applicants must complete two homebuyer education classes (one offered by Two Rivers), submit a pre-application and full application, and qualify for mortgage financing.
