  • Income limits: Must be a full-time benefits-eligible UAB employee
  • First-time buyer required: No
  • Geographic restrictions: Must purchase in the designated North Titusville neighborhood incentive zone in Birmingham.
  • Homebuyer education required: Yes

Step 1: Contact UAB Human Resources about the Blazer Home program. First-time homebuyers must complete the Steps to Home Ownership Course.
