How to Apply for Waterville Area Habitat for Humanity Homeownership Program

Step 1: Contact Waterville Area Habitat for Humanity to apply. Families must demonstrate housing need, show ability to pay monthly mortgage costs including property taxes and insurance, and be willing to contribute sweat equity hours in the construction of their home.
