How to Apply for West Fargo Renaissance Zone Tax Exemption
Step 1: Renaissance Zone projects must be approved by the City of West Fargo and the State of North Dakota BEFORE any qualifying activity (purchase, construction, lease, or rehabilitation) takes place. Apply through the City of West Fargo Economic Development department.
