Eligibility
- Income limits: 35-80% of area median income for Sedgwick County.
- First-time buyer required: Yes — Must demonstrate need for housing, willingness to contribute sweat equity, and ability to pay.
- Geographic restrictions: Sedgwick County. Applicants must show U.S. legal residency (at least one applicant must be a permanent legal resident). Bankruptcy or foreclosure must have been discharged over 24 months ago.
- Homebuyer education required: Yes
