  • Geographic restrictions:
    Limited to homes within the City's HOMEownership 80 Assistance Areas. Eligible properties are newly constructed single-family homes developed by partner Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDOs).
  • Homebuyer education required: Yes

How to Apply for City of Wichita HOMEownership 80 Program

Step 1: Apply through a partner CHDO: Wichita Habitat for Humanity, Mennonite Housing, Jakub's Ladder, or HOPE Community Development. Attendance at a homebuyer training class is required.
