How to Apply for Williston Renaissance Zone Single-Family Tax Exemption

Step 1: Renaissance Zone projects must be approved by the City of Williston AND the State of North Dakota BEFORE any qualifying activity (purchase or rehabilitation) takes place. Apply through the City of Williston Community Development department.
