Step 1: Contact the Appleton Housing Authority Homebuyer Program at (920) 739-6811 ext. 103 or email tammyb@appletonhousing.org. Complete a series of homebuyer education classes (held monthly in Appleton, $25 per household) before being referred to a bank.
