- Geographic restrictions: Property must be located in an ARCH member city: Beaux Arts Village, Bellevue, Bothell, Clyde Hill, Hunts Point, Issaquah, Kenmore, Kirkland, Medina, Mercer Island, Newcastle, Redmond, Sammamish, Woodinville, or Yarrow Point.

How to Apply for ARCH East King County Down Payment Assistance Loan
Step 1: Complete the free Homebuyer Education Seminar sponsored by WSHFC and obtain the certificate. Attend a free one-on-one pre-purchase counseling session. Work with a WSHFC-participating lender to get pre-approved for a Home Advantage or House Key Opportunity first mortgage. When you identify a home in an ARCH member city, your lender submits the ARCH DPA reservation to WSHFC. ARCH DPA closes simultaneously with the first mortgage.
