- Geographic restrictions: Richmond County and surrounding CSRA counties in Georgia.

How to Apply for Augusta/CSRA Habitat for Humanity Homeownership Program
Step 1: Visit augustahabitat.org to check if pre-screening applications are being accepted. Complete the pre-screening application when available. If selected, complete homebuyer education through their Homebuyer Education Portal, partner with Habitat on home construction, and close on your zero-interest mortgage.
