How to Apply for Avenue CDC NeighborhoodLIFT Program

Step 1: Complete an 8-hour homebuyer education course from an eligible provider, then obtain a pre-approval letter from an approved NeighborhoodLIFT lender. Education certificate must be dated within 12 months of application.
