How to Apply for BCNI Down Payment Assistance Program

Step 1: Contact BCNI at (518) 372-7616 or acarver@bcnihousing.org to start the process. BCNI serves as the Local Program Administrator for the City of Schenectady and NYS Homes and Community Renewal. Pre-purchase counseling from BCNI or another HUD-certified housing counseling agency is required.
