How to Apply for Berkshire Bank Down Payment Assistance Grant
Contact Berkshire Bank mortgage department to apply. Must meet income eligibility requirements (up to 80% AMI) or purchase in a qualifying low-to-moderate income census tract. Two-family buyers must also complete a landlord training course. Available first-come, first-served.
