- Income limits: Household income at or below 120% of Area Median Income for the Bradenton/Sarasota MSA, adjusted by family size
- Purchase price limit: $400,000
- First-time buyer required: Yes — Must be a first-time homebuyer.
- Geographic restrictions: Must purchase a home within the City of Bradenton city limits.
- Homebuyer education required: No
How to Apply for City of Bradenton SHIP Purchase Assistance Program
Step 1: Contact the City of Bradenton Housing and Community Development Division at 941-932-9493. You will need two months of pay stubs for all employed household members, current statements of all bank accounts, and if self-employed, a copy of the most recent income tax return.
