How to Apply for Bremerton Homeownership Down Payment Assistance Program

Step 1: Borrower must qualify for and use a first mortgage from a Community Frameworks partner lender. Contact Community Frameworks at 360-377-7738 to begin the application process and complete required homebuyer education and counseling.

Funded through the City of Bremerton HUD allocation of Federal HOME funds, matched with DPA from other sources via Community Frameworks. Funds may be used for down payment, closing costs, and gap financing.
