How to Apply for Brevard County Mortgage Credit Certificate Program

Step 1: Apply through a participating lender. The MCC allows qualified first-time buyers to deduct 50% of annual mortgage interest up to $2,000 as a federal tax credit. Contact the Brevard County Housing Finance Authority at 321-264-0334.
