How to Apply for Brookline CDC First-Time Homebuyer Assistance Program
Step 1: Contact Brookline Community Development Corporation to enroll in their annual first-time homebuyer series, which includes financial education workshops and homebuying resources. Complete the program to qualify for the $10,000 grant toward down payment or closing costs.

BCDC partners with the Brookline Housing Authority Self-Sufficiency Program. The program includes personal finance workshops, homebuying info sessions, and guest speakers. Grant can be applied to down payment or closing costs.
