Eligibility

  • Income limits: At or below 100% of Median Family Income for Bucks County based on family size
  • Purchase price limit: $375,000
  • First-time buyer required: Yes — Must not have owned a home in the past 3 years.
  • Geographic restrictions: Must purchase a home in Bucks County. At least one adult must have 6 months residency in Bucks County or 1 year continuous employment in Bucks County.
  • Homebuyer education required: Yes

How to Apply for Bucks County First Time Homebuyer Program

Step 1: Contact Bucks County Housing Group at 215-394-8259 ext. 126 to begin the required counseling process. Complete their online intake application to set up an intake and arrange for counseling. Minimum borrower contribution is 3% of the purchase price.

Maximum sales price is $375,000. Counseling and eligibility determination performed by Bucks County Housing Group under contract with the county.
