Eligibility
- Income limits: Household income must be between 30% and 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI)
- First-time buyer required: No
- Geographic restrictions: Must purchase a Habitat-built home in Dartmouth, Fairhaven, Freetown, Lakeville, Marion, Mattapoisett, New Bedford, Rochester, or Wareham
- Homebuyer education required: Yes
