How to Apply for Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity Homeownership Program
Download and complete the application from the Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity website, or call 910-762-4744 or email info@capefearhabitat.org. Applicants must complete 250-400 sweat equity hours and demonstrate ability to pay a mortgage through monthly payments toward closing costs or savings while in the program. Applications are reviewed within 30 days.
