Eligibility

• Income limits: At or below 100% of area median income (AMI)
• First-time buyer required: Yes — First-time homebuyer who identifies as BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, or person of color).
• Geographic restrictions: Must purchase a Champlain Housing Trust shared-equity home in Northwest Vermont.
• Homebuyer education required: Yes
