How to Apply for Charles County Settlement Expense Loan Program (SELP)
Contact the Charles County Housing Authority at 301-934-0119 or 301-870-3388 to obtain an application. You must work with a participating lender authorized by the County to process SELP loans. Complete HUD-approved homebuyer education before applying.
