How to Apply for Charles County SELP+ Down Payment Assistance
You must first be approved for the Charles County SELP program. Contact the Charles County Housing Authority at 301-934-0119 to apply for both SELP and SELP+ simultaneously. Complete HUD-approved homebuyer education before applying.
