Eligibility

  • Income limits:
    Must meet HUD low-to-moderate income guidelines
  • First-time buyer required: Yes
    Must be a first-time homeowner.
  • Geographic restrictions:
    Must live or work in Awendaw, Charleston, Daniel Island, Huger, Isle of Palms, McClellanville, Mt. Pleasant, North Charleston, Sullivans Island, Wando, or West Ashley for at least 6 months.
  • Homebuyer education required: No
