How to Apply for Chelmsford Affordable Housing Resale Program
Contact the Chelmsford Housing Authority at 978-256-7425 ext. 10 or lottery@chelmsfordha.com to apply. Eligible applicants are placed on a wait list for homes in the affordable housing inventory including Lamplighter Green, Robin Hill Meadows, Deca Drive, Amelia Way, The Courtyard Condominiums, Windemere Estates, Glen Isle, The Residences at Stedman, Princeton Ridge, and Woodland Square.
