How to Apply for Chester Homebuyers Assistance Program (CCIP)
Contact CCIP at (610) 876-8663 to schedule homebuyer counseling. Complete the required pre-purchase counseling program. You must contribute a minimum of $1,000 toward the purchase of the home. Assistance covers up to $5,000 for down payment (50% of down payment) and up to $5,000 for closing costs.
