  • Geographic restrictions: Must purchase an existing single-family home, townhome, villa, or condominium within the municipal limits of the City of Boca Raton.

Step 1: Contact the City of Boca Raton Community Improvement Division at 561-393-7756 to obtain an application. Eligible applicants can receive loans up to 50% of the lender-required down payment plus closing costs assistance.
