How to Apply for City of Palm Coast First-Time Homebuyer Program

Step 1: Complete a free First-Time Homebuyer education course and Credit and Credit Scoring workshop through a HUD-certified Housing Counseling Agency. Submit a prescreening form to Mid-Florida Housing Partnership at 386-274-4441 or visit mfhp.org. Obtain first mortgage pre-approval and submit a complete application to the City of Palm Coast Community Development Planning Division.
