How to Apply for City of Reading HOME Homebuyer Assistance
Step 1: Contact the City of Reading Department of Community Development at 610-655-6328. Complete a HUD-approved homebuyer education course through NHS of Greater Berks. Work with a participating lender to obtain first mortgage approval.
