0% interest deferred forgivable second mortgage. Conditioned on living and remaining in the home for up to 7 years. If the home is sold, transferred, leased, abandoned, or no longer used as the principal residence during this period, the buyer may have to repay a prorated portion of the original loan.

How to Apply for City of Stillwater Homebuyers Assistance Program
Step 1: Contact the City of Stillwater Development Services. Applicants must complete an approved Homebuyer Education Class meeting the Oklahoma Homebuyer Education Association (OHEA) HUD curriculum, or the City of Stillwater curriculum, within 6 months prior to assistance.
