How to Apply for City of Stillwater Homebuyers Assistance Program
Contact the City of Stillwater Development Services. Applicants must complete an approved Homebuyer Education Class meeting the Oklahoma Homebuyer Education Association (OHEA) HUD curriculum, or the City of Stillwater curriculum, within 6 months prior to assistance.
