Notes

As of 2022, all funds for this program have been expended. The program assisted lower-income individuals and families with purchasing City-built homes. Requirements included 1% minimum cash contribution of selling price, pre-purchase and post-purchase homebuyer counseling, and first mortgage financing from a private lender. Verify current funding status with the Community Development office.
