How to Apply for City of Waco Homebuyer Down Payment Assistance Program

Step 1: Apply through a city-approved participating lender. The City of Waco does not accept direct applications. Minimum borrower contribution of $750 required. Contact the Housing and Community Development Department at 254-750-5656 for a list of approved lenders.
