- Income limits: Annual household income must fall between 30% and 75% of the Area Median Income for Comal County.
- First-time buyer required: No
- Geographic restrictions: Must have lived or worked in Comal County for the past 12 months.
How to Apply for Comal County Habitat for Humanity Homeownership Program
Step 1: Visit comalhabitat.org to download and complete the application. Applicants must demonstrate ability to pay the monthly mortgage payment, pass a criminal background check, have legal U.S. residency, and save a 1% down payment.
