- First-time buyer required: Yes — Must be a first-time homebuyer
- Geographic restrictions: Properties must be owner-occupied, single-family units or condominiums within the city limits of South Bend, IN
- Homebuyer education required: Yes
How to Apply for Community Homebuyers Corporation Homeownership Assistance Program
Step 1: Contact CHC Program Staff at 574-235-5880. You must complete a financial management/budget course and pre-purchase counseling before applying. You may not have a signed purchase agreement at the time of application.
