- Geographic restrictions: Hudson Valley region including Rockland, Westchester, Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Sullivan, and Ulster counties
- Homebuyer education required: Yes
How to Apply for Community Housing Innovations Homeownership Grant
Contact Community Housing Innovations at 845-330-3948 ext. 3004 or intake@communityhousing.org. Attend a free Grant Orientation and complete HUD-approved homebuyer education. Provide a 3% contribution of documented savings, 401K, or gifts. Qualify for a mortgage through a CHI Participating Lender.
