How to Apply for Community Partners of South Florida Homebuyer Program

Step 1: Contact Community Partners of South Florida at 561-841-3500 ext. 1075 or email Home@cpsfl.org. Complete a free initial consultation, then enroll in homebuyer education classes and individualized counseling sessions to determine eligibility for matched savings and DPA funds.
