$5,000 forgiven after 5 years or $10,000 forgiven after 8 years of owner-occupancy. Non-amortizing subordinate loan at 0% interest.
Eligibility
- Purchase price limit: $425,000
- First-time buyer required: Yes — Must not have owned a home in the past 3 years.
- Geographic restrictions: Properties must be in Greenville County. Properties within the City of Greenville are ineligible.

Currently out of funds as of early 2026. Waitlist open. Max purchase price: $425,000 for homes, $195,000 for manufactured homes. Funds may be used for down payment and/or closing costs. Secured by a promissory note and mortgage lien.
