How to Apply for City of Corpus Christi Homebuyer Assistance Program

Step 1: Check your household income against current HUD income limits for the Corpus Christi area (at or below 80% AMI; $55,450 for a family of four).

Step 4: Gather required documentation including proof of income, identification, and residency.

Step 5: Find a home within Corpus Christi city limits that meets the purchase price limits: $173,000 for existing homes or $238,000 for new construction.

Step 6: Submit your application and work with your lender to close on the home.
